How a scenario works

Read the briefing. It says who you are, where you are and what you want. The numbers you will need (ATIS letter, runway, wind) sit on the kneeboard under your task.
Make the call. Hold the mic button, or the space bar, while you speak, and let go when you finish. Can't talk right now? Switch to typing.
Listen. ATC answers like a Canadian controller. A wrong runway or a missed hold short gets corrected on the radio, as it would in the aircraft.
Read your feedback. Each part of your call is marked right, missing or wrong, with a note. Small style points (like "twenty five" for "two five") only appear here.
Finish for a debrief: what went well and what to work on next.

Practise mode (on by default) changes the wind, ATIS letter and squawk each run, so you listen instead of reciting. Every scenario lists its sources in the briefing.
